If you are coming to Banff, and you don’t use Augusto as your guide, what’s the point? He was THE BEST guide we have ever had in all of our travels. He was so easy going, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was so happy with every aspect of this trip. I would do this trip again and recommend it to everyone who wants to see it all in a day.

Do not book this tour if you expect the driver to talk and share knowledge about the area and places you are visiting. There was silence the entire 9 hours. The driver was kind and accommodating and he did walk with us to the view spots and trails. The sights we saw were spectacular but we were expecting a tour guide to tell us about the places we were visiting.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved Lake Moraine and Natural bridge. It was all amazing!!

Ali was a great guide for our private tour. We booked pretty much the same tour two days in a row, and because we had such great weather the day before to see the lakes, Ali made sure to take us to knew places to explore instead of repeating the same tour. He really suggested the hike up to Peyto Lake, and even though we were tired, it was so worth it. The views were very nice. He knew so much local knowlege of history and geology, so we learned as we were driving. We had a terrific day! I cannot wait to come back!
