Jair understood exactly what we required and they delivered every course with quality produce, excellent seasoning and cooked to perfection. The food was sublime — delicious, authentic Mexican dishes prepared with so much care and creativity. The cocktails were outstanding as well, perfectly crafted and full of flavor. The team was truly exceptional: professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly organized. They made the whole evening effortless and unforgettable.
