5.0The Tulum experience was fantastic. The ruins are really cool. The views over the ocean are beautiful. Our guide was really good at explaining the history and significance of the ruins and the Mayan population. We didn't want to snorkel so this tour was perfect.

3.0Fine for transportation although the return trip communication could have been better. The guided part of the tour was quite brief and not very detailed. The guides were nice but I wouldn’t recommend this after comparing to similar tours I’ve done when traveling.

5.0The ride to the tour took 4 hours total. The tour itself plus free time was maybe 2.5 hours. I read lots of reviews so I expected this. Our tour guide Aldo was very informative, Andres the driver was very friendly. We were offered a breakfast biscuit, banana, and waters. And on our return trip we were offered small sandwiches and chips which was not part of the original trip. Over all a very wonderful excursion!!

5.0Luis & Kenny were great! The ruins themselves were a little underwhelming but we learned alot and the view of the beach is truly breathtaking. I recommend wearing sneakers and bringing sunscreen and an umbrella as it is very hot and can downpour at any time.
