• Amazing time and food with Niccolo and Francesca!

  My friends and I had such a fun time at this intimate cooking class! We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch and even whipped up tiramisu for dessert. Niccolo and Francesca were so welcoming and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We even were sent the recipes afterwards so we know how to make on our own in the future! Cooking together, sipping wine, and sharing laughs was definitely a highlight of our trip to Milan. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something hands-on and memorable!

  This experience was phenomenal! Chef Sissi was wonderful, and her home was very inviting. She taught us how feasible it is to make fresh pasta and raviolis. We have wanted to try for a long time, but had been intimidated by the process. This was also the best tiramisu we’ve ever had. Sissy was also very welcoming and relaxed with our 20 month old, offering her bread and biscuits, and letting her play with some dough. I would give this experience, and especially Sissi, 10 stars if I could.

  A wonderful evening with Niccolò and Francesca. We were immediately made to feel at home and welcomed. Niccolo was amazing and his passion for Italian cuisine was apparent from the very beginning, His expertise and love for teaching were highlight’s of the evening. The simple ingredients that comprise an authentic Italian meal resulted in a dining experience that was memorable in every way.   My husband and I along with by 3 boys booked this for our trip to Milan. They were fully entertained and enjoyed ever moment of our time with Nikolo and his wife Francesca. we learned how to make pasta and different shapes as well has 2 sauces to go with it. The chocolate cake we had was devine. He shaped his grandma homemade olive oil with us and his homemade limoncello. So glad we book this!

  Amazing experience with my family. From the second we arrived they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids had a blast, they're still talking about. The pasta came out amazing, they explained every step of the way. Can't wait to try and recreate at home.

  This hands-on cooking class in Milan was amazing! The entire experience was educational, fun, and incredibly inspiring. The chef was skilled and knowledgeable as well as passionate and engaging. We prepared delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients, and the food and wine pairing was excellent. It was a true taste of authentic Italian cuisine, simple yet flavorful. We definitely left with new skills, great memories, and a full stomach! Highly recommend this experience while in Milan!!

  Highly recommend the Casa Pastrocchi cooking class when visiting Milan, Italy! This class is hands-on, engaging, and so much fun. We learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of the experience. You’re welcomed into their beautiful home with a stunning cheese and meat tray, paired perfectly with delicious wine. The presentation alone was spectacular! We made a variety of pastas and tiramisu, all absolutely delicious. They even shared their homemade limoncello, which was amazing. We ended up buying a couple of bottles and were so glad we did.   If you’ve ever wanted to cook like an Italian nonna but with fewer wrinkles and more wine, Niccolò’s home-based cooking class is where you want to be. From the moment we walked into his charming Italian kitchen, Niccolò had us laughing, learning, and kneading dough like pros. He’s got the warmth of your favorite uncle and the culinary wisdom of a man who clearly knows his ravioli from his elbow. We chopped, sautéed, rolled pasta like little Italian artisans, all while sipping Tuscan wine and swapping stories like old friends. By the end of the class, our stomachs were full, our hearts were fuller, and we may or may not have vowed to name our fifth child "Pasta alla Niccolò." He ended the class with our freshly made Tiramisu, made with his secret ingredient, a dessert wine to pair and got to sample his delicious homemade Limoncello! To top it off, his gift to us was so sweet and thoughtful and the best souvenir to go home with (you’ll have to book this class to find out what it is!) Book this class. Your inner foodie (and your taste buds) will thank you!! Grazie, Niccolo!

  I did the cooking class on March 11, I had a great time and I learned new techniques. In addition the teacher Nicolò is fantastic, I recommend to all people interested in learning the techniques and art of fresh homemade pasta. Lira
