Peter was a wonderful guide - he handled everything in an incredibly thoughtful and professional way - from sharing pics of himself and his vehicle the day before to make it easy to recognize him, to sharing the history and tips about touring, and selecting the best places for us to stop for views and lunch.

5.00What a great start to our visit to Athens! Peter arrived ready to entertain us with many stories and MUCH history about Athens, the Spartans and the battle at Thermopylae. We visited the museum and walked to what remains of those ruins. Then we had the beautiful drive to Delphi with several stops to enjoy the mountain views and learn more history about the people of Delphi, the treasuries that were built and how the Oracle of Delphi was so influential for so many centuries. The museum and ruins were definitely worth the drive to see. Afterwards, Peter introduced us to a lovely restaurant for a late lunch with beautiful views of the port below. On our drive back, we went through a charming village that primarily caters to skiers in the winter, but offers stunning mountain views in the summer.
