5.00We didn’t want to stress about flagging a taxi or grappling with luggage on the bus or train. Was it more expensive? Yes. But for us, worth it to know we would have a taxi picking us up and dropping us off at time locations and time specified.

1.00We booked this months in advance as a special service to be sure that we would get to the airport on time, and they almost made us miss our flight. The taxi was late and when we called they put us on hold for almost 20 minutes and when they got back on, they said it could be another 10 to 15 minutes. I told them that will make us miss our flight and that we needed wheelchair assistance and had to get to the airport. Only then did they send out a taxi immediately.

1.00Our ride didn’t show up and we needed to find other transportation. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would like a total refund in the manor it was paid.
