4.00Our transfer experience was good! Our driver was punctual, communicated via WhatsApp, and a safe driver. Although the vehicle seemed dated, we had enough room for the 5 adults and each with two luggage pieces. Thanks for constant communication it really helped!

5.00I traveled with my husband and another couple. I booked transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport for 11:30 am The driver contacted me a day before introducing himself. On the morning of departure he massaged me in advance to say he will be on time and provided us with plate number and color of the car. He arrived 10 mins early, but we were ready and so we departed hotel earlier that scheduled and arrived to airport early after a smooth ride. The driver was very polite and helpful with our luggage, loading and unloading it himself.

1.00Not as advertised,the driver arrived on time to the designated address but the car was not what I’ve paid for ,not sure which mark it was but it was more of the mini bus from the village with the strange smoke smell ,the uber which we’ve used in Japan was a lot cheaper,so don’t waste your money on this service it’s ridiculous,for example we paid £90 for the 1,5 h drive where I’ve paid £145 for this service for the 20 min drive,I’m in shock guys!

4.00Driver is friendly and puncture. The van was big enough for 5 people and 5 check in plus 3 carry on, it's a 9 passenger van so plenty of space. The price is reasonable.
