  Our guide and drivers name was Nantha. He is a very knowledgeable guide who was punctual, honest and very reliable. He explained the tour extremely well and always allowed extra time at points of interest if needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

• Misleading customer despite customer clarifying with Viator agent before booking the tour agent did not advise correct

  I booked a private half day Batu caves and cultural tour in KL Malaysia via Viator Before booking when I went on the website I saw that the private tour offered only english speaking guide if there were more than 8 pax I therefore chatted with the Viator agent to ask if there was a tour with a english speaking guide and english speaking driver for a private tour for Two The agent clarified there was and told me to write it in the special requirements column which was provided at checkout while booking I re confirmed with the agent and only after that booked the tour . I therefore went ahead and booked and wrote about request for english speaking guide in the special requirements column as told to do by the Viator agent My tour driver arrived at the appointed time but there was no guide .I asked the driver Mr Shah Ravi and he had no information abt that . I showed him a screen shot of the chat wherein the Viator agent confirmed we would get an english speaking guide but Driver naturally could not do anything at this late stage Luckily Mr Shah ravi was an extremely helpful pleasant gentleman and could see our dissatisfaction and the fact that we had shortage of time so he tried to help us as best as possible by explaining whatever he knew whilst pointing out to sights as he drove enroute As he was just the driver and there were parking constraints he was unable to accompany us inside the sights to explain their history etc so we just wandered around inside everywhere on our own minus any explanation which was not what we signed up for It turned out to be more of a private taxi service with a v congenial driver pointing out the sights . Viator needs to address this and revert to me but I have not heard from them

  A great half day tour of some of the key hustoric sites and areas of KL. Siva was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about all facets of this great city. We would certainly book other tours in the area if we get a chance to return. Everything ran like clockwork and it was great to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel.

  I had a great time, my tour guide Nantha was very knowledge. One of the Mosque i was supposed to see was closed to the public due to prayers but Nantha had a backup plan which worked out great.

  The guide was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions, which made the tour feel interactive rather than rushed. The itinerary was well planned, allowing enough time at every stop. Overall, it was an informative, enjoyable tour that greatly enhanced our understanding of the destination for all ages and interests.

  Vetrimaran took my partner and I for a tour of Batu Caves and temples and mosques of KL. He was exceptional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him. 5 stars!

  It was a very good experience. Our tour guide, Mr Arul, picked us up on time at our hotel. He was explaining very well many details about the attractions we visited. He had very good knowledge about it and gave us the information we needed when we were asking about more details. We visited the Batu Caves, they’re really beautiful and we had the privilege to see and take pictures of the big statue restored. We were able to climb the stairs and visit the great caves. Our visit to East Coast Batik was amazing. We could see how the artists make the beautiful arts in silky fabric and the wonderful final results. We went to visit the National Mosque (Masjid Negara), but we weren’t able to enter because was the prayer hour, we just took pictures from outside. Mr Arul gave us good details about this important attraction. We also went to visit the beautiful Chinese Thean Hou Temple and could even see a bride and a groom! Mr Arul explained that the couples like to go there to celebrate their weddings, that was really nice! We went to visit Little India and other important historical buildings from the time of the British colonization. The last point we visited was The River of Life, where the Kuala Lumpur city received its name. Mr Arul explained more details about this attraction and recommended that we should visit this place at night. It was a beautiful view. Our tour included Chinatown, but we didn’t need to go there, because we already visited this place. We recommend this tour and the tour guide, Mr Arul. He is very friendly and respectful and gives great information about other tours and visits that you can do in this beautiful city and country. We really enjoyed our time in KL and would love to come back to visit it again.
