The company staff were professional, very polite and attentive. The 2 vehicles were very clean. All of our expectations were met. We traveled with 1 infant and 1 toddler. HOLIDAY IN JAPAN is the name of the company. Wish I could speak Japanese. It would have been much better.

We booked this company because we were coming from a long international flight and wanted an easy solution for finding our way to the Hotel. This served our needs perfectly. Our flight was actually delayed by 2 hours and the driver kept track of the delay and was still there right on time as soon we got our bags. Very professional!

Mr. Wang was communicative, courteous, and promptly available for our travel from airport to our hotel. Coordination with the entire “Holiday In” team was great. We had a car seat available for our child and safe and efficient transportation again. We will book this service every time we are in Tokyo from now on.

Excellent experience. Driver contacted us the day before and the day of our arrival. We communicated with him from the time our plane landed until we met him in baggage claim. We were a group of nine and required two vehicles because of the amount of luggage. Great service. I would definitely use Holiday in Japan again.
