This is a unique and delicious experience well worth trying!! The Chef is so kind, knowledgeable and talented. Five star transport, location and ingredients with great stories and history. You can taste the heart and soul that’s put into each course and will leave satisfied from your stomach to your soul!!

Wilfredo is a great host, who takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions in a very courteous way. The food was really good, I recommend. Very nice experience with Mayan cuisine.

This was a fun class. We enjoyed visiting the market, comparing cuisines. The chef was fun to talk with, very generous with his time. Food was delicious. The only thing missing is the printed recipe. Hopefully he will send it to us as he said he would

The cooking class was a wonderful all-round experience. The chef was super friendly and generous, the food was delicious and we learned a lot about Guatemalan traditions and culture.

Great personalize experience! Wilfredo is a great host and very welcoming. I went on a solo trip and he was very accommodating to my dietary needs and flexibility with my schedule as well. I would definitely recommend taking the class and learning more about the culture and history of Guatemalans dishes

It was the best time ever. It felt like I was cooking at home. The tour guide is a really nice guy and he is very patient as well. Great meal as well.

Great experience making authentic Guatemalan food. I was able to plan something specific to the region with Wilfredo and he was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
