  Having the private car made things alot quicker and easier. The day trip was huge and possibly too much for a day trip but it was worth it for just a couple of hours on the snow. Be prepared for a very big day (7am to 10pm by the time we returned to the hotel) but given we were in the comfort of our own van in our own group (1 adult, 4 teens) it was comfortable. We were lucky to have snowfall on the day which was great for half of us that hadn't seen snow. Take snacks for the car.

  Fantastic trip to Mt Buller.. We were privileged with with the company of Michael as our driver for the day who
  was happy to share with us his experiences of all facets... Great journey up to the mountains and he insisted that
  it was our day and was so accommodating with our requests.The day was perfect, one of our highlights of visiting Melbourne and we definately would recommend this trip to everyone. Thankyou for contributing to our great memories of such a fun day...Steve and Chris Williams, Gingin , WA
