We are not able to accommodate children under 7 years of age on this tour, as according to VicRoads regulations they must travel on child restraints, which are not available in our minibuses. Passengers who show up with under 7 years old kids will be refused boarding without refund.
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
This is a small groups tour and the vehicles are 12 seaters minibuses Toyota Hiace or similar. In case extra room is required, send us a message so we can arrange large coaches option.
If you are traveling with people, not in the same booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We operate with multiple buses and can't guarantee sitting together without being informed.

5.00It was excellent. We had James as our tour guide. He was full of energy, fun and caring along the way. His commentaries was humorous and informative. Under his guidance, we had completed everything on the itinerary without rush. Sufficient time for all sites visit, enough photo time, stretch time and lunch time. We got to see wild Koalas, Kangaroos, kookaburra, cockatoo, and enjoy nice ice cream along the way.

5.00Amazing tour and guide James, would recommend 10/10. All the best stops along the way, scenic photo spots along the coast, rainforest and even picked spots to see koalas and kangaroos. Very knowledgable guide and interesting / fun tour. Fantastic and memorable day

5.00This is an experience I highly recommend for anyone visiting Melbourne. There were 13 in our group counting the guide. Our guide Chris was just phenomenal. He is from the area and is very familiar with it. That added a personal touch which is invaluable for getting a feel for the experience. If you can request a guide, I strongly recommend Chris.

5.00Kara was an incredible guide and driver! We enjoyed our tour of the Great Ocean Road immensely. The views were stunning and Kara did her very best to show us koalas and kangaroos in the wild! Highly recommended this tour.
Tour company failed to pick up at designated spot

1.00The pick up process is so flawed, that the company failed to pick us up. No answer at the office of the published number. WhatsApp response after pick up not accomplished slow!!!! Multiple vans stopping at pick up spot. The drivers had no access to master list so could not tell where people were supposed to be. We did have the name of our driver. When he arrived, a group of 3 people approached him and said they were on his van despite the fact he said our name. We told him of the mistake. He said he was supposed to pick up 3 passengers not 6 passengers and he would not take us. He NEVER looked at a voucher. Several minutes later a wine and hops tour stopped at the pick up location looking for the family that departed in our spot. We were on a sight seeing tour not a wine/beer tour!!!. After all the vans had departed, there were still FIVE people that had not been picked up. Everyone had arrived before the arranged departure time. We therefore were not able to go on the tour

5.00Our tour guide did a reverse tour. Smart! Marty is excellent. He is informative, professional and entertaining. Kept the whole group of 11 guests looking forward to each stop.

5.00We had a fabulous tour with Anne today on The Great Ocean Road. We really appreciated her knowledge, organization, positivity and professionalism! We were lucky to have a great group of guests on our van who respected Anne’s requests to be prompt, thus allowing her to make a few extra stops. The scenery on The Great Ocean Road was simply stunning! We highly recommend booking this tour!
