Confirm with Viator that they have assigned an expert for the tour. Our guide did not normally do our tour and was told we qere doing a different tour. As a result, we had a very nice driver who asked is for the itinerary. This was a private tour and expensive. The driver really tried how best to please us. He was great.
Don’t use them, they no show, don’t contact you and I suspect are NOT even a real tour company

They did not turn up, did not contact us and left us without a tour for day. World class useless! This was then compounded with their phone number no longer working, Viator could not contact them and now I have to wait for them to approve my tour refund. Not happy.
Never picked us up. Left stranded and no answer!

This company never picked us up from our hotel, never even tried to reach us, reached out to Viator and the number listed for the company is not even a Japanese number and no one picks up the phone. DONT book this company. Completely ruined my whole day in Japan. Now we are stranded without a clue and $500 less in my pocket. Just horrible.

The tourdescription said english speaking GUIDE. We only got a DRIVER, with limited interest of talking. Dropped us off, pointed to next corner, there is a temple. Thanks. What about the expected waterbottles? Nothing. But: our driver was extrem flexible. We could change times and pickups as we wanted. Very good! In the end, going with Uber would have been cheaper.

We explained to our driver, we had just arrived on a 14 hour flight from New York and we are in our 80’s and have had little sleep. We explained we wanted to adjust the planned itinerary, to be comfortable for us. Our driver accommodated us but still saw many wonderful parts of Tokyo.

We did a customised tour and Zee took us to the places we wanted to and allowed as much time as we wanted at each location. He gave us advice and shared his knowledge about Japanese history and culture. His English is very good too. We had a great day and covered lots of tokyo that we could not have managed in one day on our own! Thanks Zee!

Our Tokyo city tour was a fantastic blend of history and modernity. The majestic view from the Tokyo Skytree left us speechless, offering a stunning panorama of the city. Exploring Asakusa and the Sensoji Temple was a spiritual experience, especially trying our luck on the "magic boat." The lovely cruise across the Sumida River showcased Tokyo's vibrant life from a different perspective. We ended the day with the immersive digital art at TeamLab Planets, a perfect closing. Special thanks to our guide Imran, whose extensive knowledge of local traditions and insightful area reviews made the day even more memorable!

My visit to Tokyo Tower and the Sumida River was unforgettable, thanks to our fantastic guide, Imran. His knowledge of Tokyo’s history and culture made the tour truly engaging, and he ensured we didn’t miss any highlights. The views from Tokyo Tower were breathtaking, offering a panoramic glimpse of the city. After the tour, Imran recommended the best Indian restaurant in Japan for biryani, and it did not disappoint! The flavors were authentic, and it was the perfect end to an amazing day. Imran’s expertise and friendliness made this experience even more special. Highly recommend his tours!

Imran is a nice person. But he is more of a driver than a tour guide. He did not provide much history of the places we visited. He didn’t even mention about the Imperial Palace as we were near it. He told us at the beginning that it is impossible to go there since we did not have reservation. After visited the Tokyo Tower, he wanted us to rate the review before the tour ended at his presence. But I refused. At the end, he dropped us a block away from our hotel instead of the hotel entrance.
