You will be picked up at the specified address and time for a one-way trip. We also monitor your flight to accommodate any delays. Our driver will contact you in advance, so you know which vehicle to board. Therefore, please provide a contact number where you can be reached after landing. We offer worry-free transportation to and from Schiphol Airport. There is a complimentary waiting time of 70 minutes from the flight's arrival. After this period, the driver can wait in consultation with the customer. Please note that this is a one-way service. 2.00We thought the driver would be waiting for us at the customs arrivals. We would never have found our driver if it wasn’t for another driver from another company who assisted us. When we did get outside I just happened to go to a car where our driver was inside. We were very disappointed with the experience. We have another transfer in Rome and hope we don’t experience the same situation as it’s very difficult being in a foreign country not knowing where you are going
