5.00Driver showed up before time. Helpful and spoke some English. Off course expected the customary Egyptian baksheesh. But then we had 12 bags between 5 persons so well deserved.

1.00We arrived at Hurghada Airport at 22:00 once we passed through Security and Passport Control I was picked up and all our luggage was taken by Special Assistant in a wheelchair. There was no one to pick us up and take us to our hotel. My wife and I were left outside and had to book another private transfer to our hotel at the cost of £25 I have the receipt and would like to get a refund from you for £25 plus the cost of our original Private Transfer. Please note that we did not arrive at our hotel until 22:45. We both have been up since 06:30am and we have been let down by your Company for our Holiday 😡👎

1.00The Taxi transfer didn’t arrive. We waited for30mins. No contact, No Apology. In the end we ended up having to use the TUI transfer. Would not recommend using this company.

3.00waiting everywhere both on arrival and departure too few staff but especially the checks of the endless lines and this last painful check or the machines beep to all travelers so ridiculous systematic palpation not to mention having to move his shoes and walk on a carpet not very clean. Drinks almost at the price of Belgium but we are in Egypt!!!
