  Had a good experience. Abdul well knowledged and very good mannerism and accommodating. Very poor communication from VIATOR once tour booked. We had further deductions from our bank account and no explanation when asked. Requested visit to GEM which was never followed up on by VIATOR. Disappointing

  A very good tour with affordable price, we had Mr Mohammed Ridwan as a tour guide who is specialized in Egyptology and has an extensive knowledge about Ancient history of Egypt. The driver Mr AbdelBari , with a nice airconditioned cosy car , was really friendly and did the pick ups and drop offs on time and accommodated our requests:.

  We had the pleasure of touring the Pyramids of Giza with Galal, and it was an unforgettable experience. He is not only very friendly and approachable but also extremely well-educated, with deep knowledge of Egyptian history. Galal took us to unique places around the pyramids that most visitors don’t get to see, bringing history to life with his storytelling and patience in answering every question. Beyond being a fantastic guide, he made sure all our needs were met throughout the day. He helped us choose the right souvenirs without pressure and ensured we always felt comfortable. One of the highlights was his photography—Galal is a highly skilled photographer who captured amazing pictures for us, making the memories even more special. I highly recommend Galal to anyone visiting Egypt. With his professionalism, warmth, and talent, you’re guaranteed an authentic, smooth, and memorable experience.

  Visiting the Pyramids of Giza was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Standing in front of such ancient wonders was breathtaking—no photos or videos can ever capture the scale and presence of these monuments. The site itself is well-organised, with our guide offering historical insights and fascinating stories about the pharaohs and the construction of the pyramids. I especially enjoyed learning about the Great Pyramid of Khufu and seeing the Sphinx up close. The views from different angles were incredible, and it was surreal to imagine the history that has taken place there. The atmosphere around the pyramids can be quite busy with vendors and tourists, but with a good guide like Ahmed Elsayed it’s easy to navigate and focus on the history and beauty of the site. I would recommend visiting early in the morning to avoid the crowds and heat. Overall, the experience was unforgettable. If you’re visiting Egypt, the Pyramids of Giza are absolutely a must-see.

  This tour is a solid way to see main pyramid sites in a brisk 5-6 hours. Hotel pickup was seamless and logistics were all very easy. Having a guide (Shreen, in our case) to add color to the sites but also one who knows how to get through the large complex efficiently is very valuable for travelers on a somewhat tight time budget (as we were). Very pleasant experience overall and would recommend to others.
