Ramen and Gyoza are becoming even more famous than Sushi and Tempura in the world. Ramen is a noodle dish with delicious soup and many different toppings. In this class, we will make home-style Ramen. Gyoza is a dumpling with minced pork and vegetable stuffing. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to make Ramen and gyoza at your home?
*We will make the soup from the scratch. We don’t use instant package.

5.00We had such a great time learning how to make authentic Japanese ramen and gyoza with Yuca. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and warm, a wonderful host and teacher. Yuca shared all her best tips and tricks for making delicious ramen from scratch. The small class size made it personal and fun, and we got to cook and eat everything we made together with other visitors from Tokyo. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a real local experience. Thank you Yuca for this unforgettable class!

5.00Short walk through the suburbs to a nice little house. Great to see how the locals live Very friendly, clean and all amenities. Snacks and water/ cold tea provided and we were made to feel very welcome. It was alot of fun to learn all the tricks and how to make everything, hands on. And we got to take the recipies home.

5.00We attended YUCa’s gyoza and ramen cooking class today and had a tremendously fun, entertaining and educational experience. She is friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and full of energy. The class is conducted in her own home & kitchen so you feel welcomed and comfortable within that warm setting. The house is in a residential area not far from the heart of Tokyo, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. It took 40 minutes and required 2 train transfers for us to find her house. Very easy with Japan’s great public transit system. The food was delicious, and everything was served at her dining table. YUCa’s instruction and the teamwork from all participants to create the dishes made for a very fun experience. She provided recipes and notes so you can recreate the same dishes at home. She also takes you on a brief tour of a nearby Japanese grocery store where she pointed out many of the needed ingredients. The entire experience was fantastic and we plan to return to do it again in the future. Highly recommended.

5.00Yuca was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The class itself was fascinating — we learned so much about ramen, gyoza, and Japanese cooking in general. Everything we made was delicious! It was such a fun and memorable experience — truly a must-do for any food lover visiting Tokyo.
