Definitely a 5. Paul was an exceptional host and driver. This trip was a last minute decision and we had a fantastic time. The bus was 2 minutes late but we were advised twice that the driver had gone around the block to pick us up. Gave us enough time to get ready for the cricket too!!!

This tour was such a wonderful experience! Our guides, Jason and Brendon, were absolutely fantastic—engaging, funny, and they made us feel so comfortable from the very beginning. We explored the chocolate shop (with the most delicious ice cream), the gingerbread shop (where the gingerbread was amazing), the charming Christmas shop, and the historic Richmond Gaol, which was so fascinating. Jason and Brendon went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after while sharing so much knowledge about the beautiful little town of Richmond. I’d definitely go again—my only wish is that the tour was longer!
