Most of the travelers who visit Sri Lanka find it interesting to visit Ella. Road trip to Ella from Kandy is a scenic one as the vehicle will be driving through the mountain area where beautiful landscaping, tea estates and natural places like water falls, view points are located.

This is a group tour and we stop at all these places for you to walk around, take photos and spend some quality time.

We pick you from your hotel in Kandy and drop off at the hotel in Ella. Our guide will make sure that the trip is not a boring one.

Amira was an excellent driver and very nice person. He brought us to different stops along the way and was very flexible (stops for pictures, coffee, etc.) It was an amazing day, we got to enjoy the road to Ella at our own pace and visit the different villages on the way there with key moments at fantastic viewpoints.

Went on the scenic mini van from ella to kandy. My driver was so so nice and i was able to sleep peacefully half the way but he also stopped a lot of times for me to take photos of views. He took me straight to my hotel and i felt so safe as a solo traveler. Definitely recommend and is so worth it.

It was a solo trip, so we decided to do a group tour to keep costs down. The driver, Mr. Lesley, was very kind! There are not many elephants in Minnelia National Park today, so I went to Harulu eco park. We spent a lot of cash, but I didn't have it, so he stopped by the ATM. Dambulla was Rs 2,000 in Japanese guidebooks, but it was Rs 3,000 and cash only. Cards are accepted at Sigiriya Rock. Safari prices varied depending on the number of people. I decided to stop going to the Spice Garden because I wanted to spend some time elsewhere. It was raining heavily on the way back, so it was nice to drive home, and they drove us back to our hotel, which really helped! It was a very good time!

We had the best time with Lesley as our driver. He was so kind and brought us to all the best places along our journey to Ella. It was a really enjoyable experience and we were so sad for the journey to end!!!! We would really recommend this trip (ask for Lesley as your driver as he really is the best).

Lesly drove very well, and the journey was amazing. I highly recommend traveling with him! He shared interesting facts about the towns we passed through and gave great tips for the rest of my trip.

Lesly drove me from Colombo to Kandy, and later from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. He was very kind and knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Always cheerful and helpful, he made the trip much more enjoyable. He also took beautiful photos for me at different viewpoints. I highly recommend him!
