  We booked 9am but were moved last-minute to 1:30pm, forcing us to cancel plans. We then arrived late only because your driver was late. We missed the husky info session and couldn’t pet the dogs, as most were locked in cages, some chained in their own waste. The “1.5-hour” experience was a 2-minute ride with only two real huskies. Overall, nothing matched the description, duration, or welfare standards advertised.

  We came here today and it was poorly advertised and was a big waste of money. €100 per person isn’t cheap either. you’re only on the sleigh for 2 minutes then they hurry you to get off so the next people can get on and after that they just let u walk about and do what you want (such as looking at the dogs all in cages) which you wouldn’t expect if you’ve paid all that money. Also out of 8 dogs only about 2 or 3 of them were huskys. A couple other people in our group were shocked at the 2 minute husky ride and when they spoke to a member of staff about it he came across very rude and very unhelpful. Staff are very unprofessional and we got a call the night before because our 9am booking was apparently fully booked even though we booked well in advance before our trip and they waited till the day before to let us know? We ended up getting changed to 1:30pm but we never got dropped off to the husky place till about 2pm and had already missed the part of the “experience” where you apparently get introduced to the husky’s etc, The man working there also seemed very confused and our names weren’t even on the booking so it seems like we were just chucked in at any time so they could still get the money. We got told when we were in the cabin we could go out and see the dogs but they were all in enclosures and we couldn’t even pet them and they all looked extremely stressed out. Terrible experience so keep your money and go somewhere else for a husky ride that will be cheaper and worth it!!!

  The animal welfare here was shocking. Most of the dogs were locked in small cages, and several were chained up standing in their own waste. They looked stressed and unclean, nothing like the happy huskies you expect. Really upsetting to see and I wouldn’t support this place at all.
