  If you are using Uber be sure to enter and exit on the Wacker side beside they will not pick up on the Franklin side of the building..

  What an amazing experience. This was really special. We had the Skydeck to ourselves and the most incredible views of the city at night. The food was delicious. We didn't think it would be enough but we couldn't finish it.. we took as many photos as we wanted out on the Ledge with the city's lights as our backdrop. Really special evening with a very tasty Chicago Pizza Pie in the Sky. 👌

  It is the saddest dinner experience in my life. Nobody at the bottom knows about it, it is difficult to find even after asking several people downstairs. When you finally are getting out of the elevator, you find a totally empty office, nobody there, and a very small table with salads already prepared and placed there who knows when. We were 3 people having this lonely lunch, and when we left, there was another small table aside with 2 salads prepared and waiting for another lonely to be couple. I would not pay even 10$ for an experience like this. There are better ways to see Chicago from the top in other buildings.

  It was a wonderful experience. Besides the view, the very intimate setting is particularly noteworthy. There were only five smal groups, and we had the entire 103rd floor to ourselves. Simply magnificent and worth every penny.

  This was such a beautiful experience. I enjoyed the three entree dinner and it felt so dreamy/romantic once the sunset.

  We we were there yesterday for the Pie on the Sky experience , the 103 floor was closed due to high winds which they couldn’t control but at least they could of contacted us and gave us the option of still going for the regular view or have a refund but they didn’t and we found out about it once we were informed the elevator, the food is cheap quality, I know is pizza but everything from the salad , pizza and dessert wasn’t good quality the whole experience was not worth the $125 we paid each , if you still want to go get the regular ticket for $32 and if they close it at least you are out $32 and not $125 or like us $250

  I was very disappointed in this whole experience. First of all the night started with security, not being able to find anybody in the system so it started off 15 minutes behind schedule. Then we traveled up to what seemed to be a hallway and sit down at a table while our waitress gave us one drink and told us she’d be back in 15 minutes. She returned with our pizza which was sloppy, and we struggled to get refills on our drinks This was not a cheap. I felt like it was over price. I am very unsatisfied. I do not recommend this.

  The pizza was cold.. the cheese was hard. The pictures online make it look nicer than what it is. Looks like the best place for a date or to show someone a good time in the city. For the price I expected way better. They blasted corny music like I was shopping in Walmart and the lights were so bright that we just got to see the reflection of ourselves and not actually out the window, at least dim the lights for the people?! Not even for just viewing but just for the ambiance as well . It was like we entered a bright office. Plastic plates and forks everything was just so cheap. No liquor, you get the drink you pre-order and that’s it. They deliver the pizza and by the time it ends up to your floor, it is stale and not even WARM. Yikes. Pls if you are reading this go to an actual deep dish place and see the sky deck through general admission. Bate and switch, trust all of these negative reviews.
