DMZ tour itself is most popular tour in Seoul, but sometimes most of tourists miss one beautiful tour desitnation, which is Suspension Bridge at Mt.Gamaksan, only 30min from DMZ
Just 10min hiking, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Korean Mountain and Suspension bridge!
In the moring, we will do DMZ tour, visiting Imjingak peace park, 3rd invasion tunnel which is located in Demiliterized zone and very close to MDL, Dora observatory where you can see N.Korea and unification Village in Civilian control zone.
So you can get in DMZ itself and see N.Korea, becoming one of the witness of only one country that divided into two in the world.

2. 2-3 dmz experts will lead each of small groups
3. You must bring your passports with you!

It's DMZ theme park, we must stop by here to buy DMZ tickets(there's no reservation system) But you can see freedom bridge, bridge of no return, derailed locomotive, the view on the top of the building, Plus there's early opening snack bar and restaurant

DMZ tour bus is getting into Civilian Control Zone(CCZ), but our destination is located in DMZ so need to cross blue line on the way, which means you enter DMZ! You will stop by 3 to 4places 1. 3rd Infiltrational tunnel , which was dug by N.Korea after Korean war! You can acutally get inside the tunnel on foot 2. Dora observatory : where you can see N.Korea with your naked eyes and you can use binoculars to see N.Korean village, field, soldiers, ppl,etc 3. Unification Village : it's located in Civilian control zone, you can buy DMZ souvenior , local produtcts, bean chocoloate, soy bean icecream,etc 4. Dorasan station : it's a herb connecting two Korean but now under construction After visiting all , we will get out of CCZ

4.00If the weather is not perfect, you will see nothing across the border, which is the highlight of the trip. Walking to the suspension bridge could be skipped. It also requires decent hiking up the steep hill, The guide was 80 % driver and 20% guide, giving very basic info during the trip

5.00This tour was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed! If you're interested in the history of the zone (in addition to the novelty of the idea of seeing N Korea--from a distance), this is a great tour. We were a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 twenty-something kids. Our guide, Vincent, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, helping us understand the deeper reality of this location. His strategy of leaving super early (6:30am) was worth it, as we beat all the large tourist buses. Arriving first at tunnel 3 also meant not being in a tight space with as many people--you will be grateful for that. He was well-prepared and brought nice binoculars for seeing into the DMZ/N. Korea; they were far better than the ones we brought. Being in a small group (14 in the mini van) was nice and we didn't feel like we were in a "herd" with a guide and flag. We never felt obliged to interact with the others, but did so voluntarily :0) We had to rush in the last part of the tour (suspension bridge and little museum) because of the threat of bad traffic returning to Seoul. We rate this tour absolutely perfect-- a must do for a visit to South Korea. Thank you! Tips: 1) Read up on the history of the DMZ and come prepared to have your questions answered 2) If you have dietary needs, think about bringing your own lunch. There are cafes, but they don't cater to many dietary needs.

5.00This is a very informative tour about the division of Korea. The host himself answers every question and is very well know about the history of events and about the differences about north and South Korea. It was a comfortable and safe ride to the DMZ. Everything was on time and very well organized.

5.00It was a very enjoyable tour. The booking process was smooth, and throughout the trip we were accompanied by a friendly driver who also acted as our guide. The places we visited were great, and we were shown nice spots for taking family photos. The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
