5.00The bacillica is amazing. Far beyond words can tell. But you need to be aware that there are places you cannot go to without tickets. I was not aware that I needed an upgrade to get the audio tour which is totally needed. Also an upgrade to deeper into the building.

2.00The tickets were not as described. First, there is no skip the line entrance. Though the line was not bad, this isn’t a long tour and I think we were outside in line as long as we were inside. Ticket provided only basic entrance. There were other areas available if tickets were purchased directly at the facility… available by QR codes outside. Line for audio was also long so if you are expecting some descriptions or stories as you tour the church, better to buy direct than from this vendor. Attempted to contact both Viator and operator prior to entry, but they only confirmed that tickets were sent and did not address they were not as advertised.

2.00Ticket too expensive not to see everything 22.30 euros each for not being able to visit everything, at the time of purchase it was not clear how to extend the Ticket to the museum and upstairs ... a reimbursement of expenses to maintain the basilica can fit but 22 euros to visit a church l, calculating the millions of visitors a year and make cash! The church is us... the earnings are stratospheric for not even being able to visit everything! Really disappointed

4.00Great. The only thing that is not clear is the actual tickets. They send you voucher but that barcode does not work at the entry points. They sent an email right before our time and we did not have WiFi to take a picture of the QR code so make sure you have access to internet right before your trip and look for the email. The other issue was finding the second ticket for another person in my booking. The email is not clear and it’s one we code per person instead of two under the name of booker.

1.00The tickets purchased for St Mark's Basilica on the portal in the end were just vouchers, instead the actual tickets should be given to us by the tour operator at the entrance personally. I wonder why Viator doesn't specify that they're not the direct sellers but others, and that you only learn about them when you find yourself cheated and without money in your account. Despite receiving assistance, we received a generic PDF and not a valid entry ticket. The staff of the Basilica have confirmed that only they are an official ticket office, everything else is bagarinaggio. Bad experience.
