  It was very cold out with sub 0 temperatures. We got our first notice that the departure would be delayed 15 minutes. Fine. We waited outside for 30 minutes in the freezing temperatures just for them to cancel 30 minutes AFTER our scheduled departure time. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

  Staff was nice. Their uniforms were filthy. Food was stale and not good. Bus was old and dirty. Bathroom didn't have water, and toliet seat was off to the side of the tolietm not even attached. They were late getting there. And bus was freezing.. Very low end event. Don't waste the money. Way overpriced

  HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY- ITS A SCAM!!!! My reservation was originally scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I received an email from your team rescheduling the tour to 6:00 PM. Despite the inconvenience, we accommodated the change. My group and I arrived 20 minutes prior to the new departure time, yet the bus never arrived. We were not the only ones—multiple groups were left standing and waiting in the cold Chicago weather. I personally waited over an hour, and the bus never showed up. What made the situation even more unacceptable was the lack of communication. I called three times. The first call: someone answered, put me on hold, and then hung up. The second call: I went through the phone options, only to have the call disconnected again. The third call: I was told I was calling outside your operating hours, even though your website listed that timeframe as open. Leaving customers—including elderly guests—standing outside in harsh weather with no notification, no support, and no on-site staff is absolutely unacceptable. Your lack of reliability and communication not only wasted our time but also ruined what was supposed to be the start of our holiday celebration after traveling specifically into the city for this event. This outing was a very disappointing experience. Oh and they don’t give you refund!!

  I enjoyed the experience of eating sweets while driving around Chicago in a cute bus. There is someone who serves the tea and someone who sings and talks about Chicago. Great experience!! I also liked that they gave us a carry out box and a cup souvenir. I will also list the Cons: There was no real advantage of paying extra for the Luxe upgrade. There was no priority for Luxe passengers to board the bus first. I think we had some extra tuna for being a Luxe passenger. Also, we tasted 5 different teas, but probably only had a couple of teaspoons of each. I requested more and received a tad bit more. It is called Tea around Chicago....WE SHOULD HAVE MORE TEA! This tour lasted a little over an hour. I expected it to be longer and to hear interesting facts about Chicago. I enjoyed the experience, but some changes need to be made.

  This was an amazing experience. Great food, fun and sightseeing included. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves tea and Chicago!

  The concept and idea of this was great which was what made my friend and I interested in trying this out, however, it was not fully what we had expected. We had the 12:00 departure time when at 11:50 we got a text saying the bus will not be there until 12:20. We lost 20 minutes of our tour because they do not extend the time that was missed when we paid a lot of money for this experience. When I made the reservations, on the website and in pictures it was mentioned that we would get the floral souvenir cup that is still advertised in all photos displayed. When we got to our seats, instead of the floral souvenir cup that was told we would get based on the info they have provided at the time of purchase, we just got a white paper cup. That was total false advertisement!! As we got on the bus, we realized all the decorations was from fall/Halloween. We did the bus ride the week of Christmas. We were rather confused as to why the decoration was in the wrong season. Either put up some Christmas garland or leave the pink floral. We did not like looking at holiday lights when spider web/pumpkin garlands where on the bus. Also this was suppose to be afternoon tea time, you barely get any tea at all! You get three teas to have a couple of sips just to taste and that was it. I have been to afternoon teas before, this was not what I call an afternoon tea. The thought and idea was nice but they definitely lack in these area and need to do better!

  Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics. At 1:18 PM—twelve minutes before our 1:30 PM reservation for my daughter’s 7th birthday—they called to say they couldn’t accommodate us. No real remorse. No accountability. No meaningful apology. I bought the tickets a month ago. And I had five little girls dressed up, excited, and ready to celebrate… only to have the day derailed at the last minute. If you’re considering this place for a special moment: don’t. Save your money and choose a business that respects its customers and honors commitments.

  Drove from Indianapolis. 3 hours away. Booked 3 tickets with friends for $115 each. Stood at the us stop on time. The bus sent a text stating they would be an hour late and then they abruptly cancelled. Then another tea bus pulled up and dropped off another group of people and we all asked questions to the staff. They had no answers to why our bus was cancelled but they expressed frustration that this keeps happening. The customer service number doesn’t answer. How do customers get refunds?
