In Akha traditions, every meal must have a Chilli Sauce (Sapi Thong), one Salad, and one Soup.

You can choose one of the four most popular Thai curries; Red curry, Green curry, Panang curry, or the Massaman curry.

5.00We had such a great experience with our Thai Akha cooking class in Chiang Mai. We are a family of four and the class was welcoming to our kids. The local market tour was a lot of fun and we got to try a lot of new and different things. Our hosts were lovely and knowledgeable and patient with our kids, making sure to include them at every step of the way. The cooking school is very well laid out and organized. The number of dishes we learned to make was impressive (10!) and the teachers made them each approachable and fun. Everything was so delicious and the quantities were generous, so we left feeling full and satisfied and learned a lot about Thai and Akha cooking. Highly recommend!

5.00Aon and the team provided an excellent Thai cooking experience, from the fresh market to the hands on meal preparation.. so much food, and all delicious! Although, we did have to tone it down a bit to ‘ Canadian spicy’… so much fun!

5.00Excellent experience and was made to work with vegetarian options. Didn’t feel left out or as though it wasn’t the full experience. Make sure you come hungry, you get to eat so much!
