This tour has no detailed itinerary online to avoid making it a Instagram "must-see". The preservation of nature is to us as tour operators more important and we want to avoid the area being swarmed by the general cruise or bus tourist visiting Bergen. We take less than 400 persons into this unique fjord area each year in a specially built Zodiac that has a marginal carbon footprint. Utilizing a sturdy catamaran hull and hydrofoil wings we cut emissions by more than 60% compared to any other tour operator. This way - a unique area is for the few that wants to stay away from the more "touristy" places.

5.00Bjørn turned what could’ve been a freezing November fjord tour into one of the highlights of our entire Scandinavian trip. He’s hilarious, whip-smart, and genuinely loves Bergen. We covered Viking history, Norwegian culture, life philosophy, and more. He treats you like a friend showing you around. The conversation flowed as beautifully as the scenery. The fjords were stunning. Bjørn was unforgettable. Book him—you won’t regret it.

As a native of the fjord, he gave us the full picture with historical feedback from the life in the fjord and the history of Norway with a good sense of humor together with a breathtaking scenery that gave us the feeling to .be alone in the world. 5.00We had a wonderful experience with Bjørn. We booked a half day tour. The whole experience from beginning to end was 5 hours. We were picked up at our hotel in Bergen via van and driven about an hour on a very scenic ride to Vikanes. From there we were geared up and got ready for our departure. They provided high quality rain and cold gear which nicely protected us from the elements. We were with Bjørn on the pontoon boat for about 3 hours. The boat was very comfortable. Bjørn is a great guide and provided us with a historical perspective starting with the Vikings and included many components in his tour commentary including geology, geography farming and fishing. Bjørn had a nice balance between talking and letting us enjoy the scenery. The fjords are stunning. We passed many significant waterfalls and even got up very close with one of them. It was a fun and educational experience in a very beautiful environment. At the end of the tour we were dropped off at the end of a road and walked 6 minutes to a small train station. Bjørn had purchased the rail tickets for us in advance and we had a peaceful and scenic train ride back to Bergen. The tour was the highlight of our Norway trip and is highly recommended for all.
What a fantastic way to see the fjords and more remote parts of Norway!

5.00What a fantastic trip! The boat trip was truly exhilarating—an immersive experience that took us away from all the usual tourist traps. We didn’t see anyone else in the fjord all day! Bjorn and his team thought of everything: warm gear, rest stops, and pick-up and drop-off at our hotel in Bergen. Bjorn was fun, engaging, and easy to talk to. He was very informative and shared his knowledge of Norway with us, covering the area's history from prehistory to its geography, politics, and society. We loved hearing about his family’s experiences in the area. He tailored his narration to our interests and was happy to answer all of our questions, making it a very personalized experience. We had a great time—not only learning a lot about the area but also laughing along the way. We would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a unique and memorable experience!

5.00Bjorn was amazing today as our rib guide, he got us up close and personal to some great sites and was wery entertaining. we highly recommend this tour to take you to some hidden gems. thie suits were comfortable and kept us warm since it was a little cold during some of the ride. His knowledge of the area and history was unreal, but since he grew up in the area it was understandable. We would definitely recommend this tour.

A private and secluded boating experience that can be custom tailored. You get to see and experience the majesty of the fjords in a way that cannot be matched. Bjorn expertly navigated, gave excellent history and local information, from ancient times to present day; weaving in social, cultural, political, and economic facts, folklore, and great humor. 5.00Taken the trip from Gudvangen to Flåm in a beautiful autumn weather. Getting things seen from the sea side is very different and great. Great boat that goes quietly and very gentle and pleasant service aboard.

5.00We had an amazing day on the water! Private car to and from the docks (1hr drive from Bergen) - start and end points are different - we traveled 16 miles of fjords and learned interesting facts along the way. Perfect way to explore the fjords away from the large cruise ships and crowds.
