I made tickets a day earlier from their website They never got to me I contacted them but they didn't solve the problem, they told me I had to redo the ticket (and lose more money???)

Very below average. Impossible to take the upside down pics unless you’re 6 foot tall, the pics online are clearly AI aided! The QR codes didn’t work in half the rooms and just generally rubbish/ overpriced and underwhelming. Ball pit was amusing but only because it was impossible to get out of!

We had a great time, time to fall back into childhood. The visual experiences follow each other throughout the visit. Sometimes you have to wait for the people around you to pass by to take beautiful photos. Thanks to the entrance ticket QR Code, photos can also be retrieved by email at the end. We finally had milkshakes at the museum bar in a girly Mood.

Admission fee - Used our Go City Card - Thank God as I would have been really disappointed if I had properly paid €26 per adult!! Length of visit - 1 hour Experience - Booked for 16.00 not in until after 16.30 ! Long wait for no reason Free lockers - which was great Free picture on arrival but people just there talking as many as they like - no one to regulate it, or move people along. Not enough staff within the actual areas to keep the flow going well, I saw one staff member and she left half way through!! no ideas on what to do at each room, don’t worry a QR code can help lol 😂 So most of my pictures consist of impatient adults and their kids bursting forward for their turn In to the “disco” room this became a holding cell as you cant see into the next area to see if it’s “safe” to go through Would I recommend this place - yeah if you have. Discount code and young children Don’t waste your money if over 25

Quite a short experience, seemed as though it would be fun with children etc but didn’t find to be too interesting, good and friendly staff and facilities otherwise, though.

awful experience. My boyfriend and i visited on saturday 11th October 2025 and we had an awful time, we would genuinely probably rather watch a still canal than ever visit again. FULL of children which was expected but at the start we were given a QR to scan to be able to take photos in each room which really is the whole point of the experience nothing is interactive apart from the ball pit . In each room we would scan our QR code and photo would be ruined my kids which their parents wouldn’t even get involved to tell them not to they let them do whatever they want, no staff in the rooms to control that. was about 5 minutes long in total. Absolutely horrific experience was extremely disappointed.

Worth your time if you can avoid going during extremely crowded periods. Got some really nice rooms where you can get great upside down pictures (provided others are not unintentionally photo bombing your shots). Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are intriguing and fun. A great option if you are looking for a couple of hours of fun and the fact that it is indoors makes it an awesome alternative if the outdoor weather outside if inclement.

I dragged my dad here who was skeptical at first- but we both had a great time. The different picture opportunities are so much fun and we had a blast going through the exhibits. It was a popular location but with ticket sales and controlling admissions to the exhbits, it didn't ever feel too crowded. The resturant attached was also very good.

Amazing fun, got to dress up and be a kid again. Went with a bunch of friends for a 40th. Would recommend coming for laughs and fun!

Activity to do with children. The museum is just there to take pictures. I thought it would be better but I was disappointed
