  Excellent organisation. Our driver, Marius, arrived early and informed us he was waiting. He was polite, friendly and very informative about how Therme operated so we knew what to do when we arrived. He was also very knowledgeable about Bucharest and Romania and explained about many things. Therme was a great experience. It was very busy (I think it always is!) with various sections to visit. Loved the outside area with stunning blue skies and a chill in the air! My personal favourite was the Dead Sea mineral bath.

  A star experience I went for my birthday and they did not disappoint. I had a bamboo massage treatment with Alex. It was so good. I fell asleep. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. • Cheap! You really get what you pay for

  We arrived early and it wasn’t busy but as they day went on it was quite packed for a Friday! Everything was chargeable. Bathrobes, towels flip flops! Everything. You are given a wrist band/ watch looking device that has a number on it! This is for opening and locking your locker in a communally changing room! Everything you spend during your stay is added to the wrist band! Drinks food, towels etc. I found the day spent at this location very unrelaxing and very un spa like! Visiting a spa is suppose to be about relaxing! A calming environment. This place wasn’t! While in the sauna, staff would enter and demand that you sit on a towel and that your shoes are removed! I am prone to infections and refused to take my flip flops off and I was removed from saunas! Until we located some less used ones and I sat there to my hearts content! I have been given the opportunity to return later in the year, but not sure if I would wanna go back! Can’t see the place improving! The spa is ruined by its own success! Overall it was cheap! Drinks and food were very reasonable but I just did not feel relaxed! The best way to describe my visit was a day out at a pool! The spa is divided into zones and there are areas where there are children in the slide area. Loads of locals!

  In itself, the holiday was not bad, we experienced a lot, we were on the one hand in the Hype Arena which is suitable for young and old, we (28 years) had a lot of fun there, the slides are really good. Climbing, jumping, vr gaming and other things are possible there, the communication was not quite easy, but okay. Can only recommend! In addition, we were still shooting at Calibru9, was also great there, communication was top, of course in English too. Otherwise in the city you can best ride with Bolt or Uber, which made everything easier, and is also super cheap, initially we still took subway S-Bahn and bus, but the communication at the bus ticket stations was poor. You can also celebrate in the city center very well... and at the end the thermal bath (just outside) is also recommended! There is a lot going on there, but there is also a lot on offer there, but if you really want something quiet, and only want to relax is also out of place there, as I said a lot is going on And important to mention, pay attention at the exchange offices, and count the money, we were already withdrawn almost immediately after landing, in the airport at an official exchange office, the woman gave us 100 lei too little, and on request immediately fetched the money under the table matching away

  Absolutely fantastic experience! Beautiful place with so much to do. Staff were all amazing and can’t wait to go back We read same really negative reviews before we left so didn’t know what to expect. DO NOT listen to them. The whole place is amazing. We got a full day ticket and still didn’t have time to do everything as there’s so much. The water slides are fantastic, pools are beautiful and staff are very friendly. We bought a massage treatment, u need to get there in the morning to book it as they do get sold out very quickly. The staff there are lovely and the massages are amazing! Food was really nice and drinks were great! You wear a wrist watch which gives you access to your locker, the different areas and you pay with these too. At the end you just settle your bill. They do have a limit of 400 lei each on them so just be aware if you do buy massages go and settle your bill during the day and reset them just so u have enough if you want to buy lots of food and drink. This is one of the best spa’s I have been to and could not fault it in any way! Everything is very clean and hygienic! I cannot wait to go back!

  Marius Tatar was our guide who took us to the therme spa. He was fantastic! We are seasoned travelers, and Marius stood out as one of the best guides we have had. Very organized, attentive, informative and made the day a success. The therme spa was fabulous, relaxing and fun, clean and well run. The mineral pools, massage tables, slides and swim up bar made us feel like we were on a real vacation.

  Marius is an amazing guide who provided us with a lot of recommendations for other tours and places to go during our drive to the spa. He was very detailed in his explanations, and made sure we were safe from our journey to the spa and back to our hotel! The spa itself was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the water park and steam baths! 10/10 would recommend.
