How not to love Disney. We visited this park in January 2025 and then we came back in July 2025. Do we like it??? If you are planning your trip to Japan. Discover the Disney Parks

It is one of the best disneys out there, the attractions are different and very parent, definitely make you feel inside the movies. We arrived at 11:00am and there was nothing in line when we entered and we managed to get into several games with the help of the DPA (highly recommended, worth it). You can order food by the App at some restaurants to avoid waiting at others. We found several bathrooms without rows, in several places. Our favorite attractions were Peter Pan, Frozen and Indiana Jones. The tinker bell is very beautiful, especially for the details, but it is very short and not worth doing such a long line. Maybe if you have the opportunity to see the evening show, do not miss it, it is very well done and it really surprises you. If the park is magical, they play good music and you can have a great time!

Awesome park but very busy even mid week. Lines were two hours long. Premium pass will fast track you through the lines. Must have Disney app that will also help with maps, times and purchases of the Premium pass. Worth it!

It is an IMPRESSIVE park, in the full extent of the word. From the beginning it has games that in no other park exist, but it is also surrounded by sea and lagoons and rivers. The whole environment feels more like teenagers than children. You have to do the fantastic flight.

One of the most frustrating experiences with Disney. Not because of the park’s concept or the scenography/architecture, which are quite impressive, but due to the lack of attention to detail—something that is typically a strong part of Disney’s culture. To begin with, the language barrier was a major issue. In a park located in a country with a very specific language, the majority of staff spoke little to no language other than Japanese. The same applied to the attractions—almost everything was only in Japanese. And what I found most concerning: we do not resemble Japanese people physically, yet staff would come over and provide safety instructions and other information in Japanese, assuming we understood. The signage for restrooms and directions to attractions was extremely poor or even nonexistent. Not to mention the app, which was terrible—frequently malfunctioning and incredibly slow. Another important point that is usually present in other Disney parks is free Wi-Fi coverage. That was simply not available (at least we did not find it anywhere in the park, and when we asked about it, no one could give us an answer). This further limited access to the app, as mobile network coverage inside the attractions was very unstable. Finally, and perhaps the worst issue: massive queues for EVERYTHING. If it were just for the rides, that would be understandable—it’s part of the experience. But there were long lines for everything: restaurants, restrooms, and even food and drink kiosks. It was extremely frustrating, as in addition to spending hours in line for the attractions, we also lost time just trying to eat, drink, or use the restroom. The park clearly lacked proper investment in infrastructure in this regard, and the staff could have been more efficient. Even the satisfaction survey sent by email had major issues—for example, it showed the wrong visit date. In addition, I tried to complete the form four times, but it kept freezing or closing unexpectedly.
