5.00We had a marvelous tour with Keiko. She curated a wide ranging tour to over a dozen food stalls and small shops in the market interspersed with insightful and interesting contextual nuggets. We could not have found even half of these stalls on our own - the tour is excellent value and we were in excellent hands. Could not recommend enough.

5.00We’ve done three localized tours so far and Emi’s tour of Tsukiji Market was the best!! Emi felt like a friend showing us around her home for the first time. She made an effort to get to know us, laughed with us, and most importantly found us her amazing, favorite foods.

5.00Our guide Miyu was fabulous as she guided us through the maze of the market explaining the history of the market and Japanese food. She wove her way expertly through the crowds giving us samples of numerous dishes. Miyu took time to explain about different foods pointing out many unfamiliar delicacies. It was a fun way to learn and an excellent small group to spend the morning with. Highly recommend

5.00Our guide Miyu was the star of this tour! We had such an enjoyable and interesting time with her. Excellent information provided, interesting locations visited and so much tasty food! I think the amount of food you get to taste within the tour fee is very generous, certainly more than we expected. Thank you to Miyu and Tokyo Localized - really added to our Tokyo experience and happy holiday.

5.00Keiko was a very knowledgeable and patient host who explained the history and significance of the stalls we visited very well. We also went to stalls and tried different foods that were more unique to the Tsukiji Market, which I really enjoyed! Would recommend to anyone who's interested in Japanese cuisine!
