5.00Tour operator was very communicative and pleasant. The driver was punctual and very helpful in creating a good itinerary. The driving was smooth and the car was clean. Ilyas made our day memorable and we are very happy to have had him as our driver.
Nice, disappointed guide was not a Japanese native.

3.00To be completely honest, surprised and extremely disappointed our guide was not Japanese. Guide was ok, not spectacular, not the personality needed for a private guide. He broke out of his shell only because my son spoke Russian. Being a student from Uzbekistan was very bizarre for us.
Vijay was our wonderful guide, and he was there for us the whole day! He was great, took us on a safe, informative tour

5.00We had a great time getting an overview of the main attractions in Tokyo. We scheduled our tour on our first full day so we can get an overview of the main attractions. Our driver, Vijay, provided great information on each of the attractions and helped us learn how to get around the city for the rest of stay in Tokyo.
