5.00The whole process was nice and easy. Very easy to communicate and they always promptly respond to any questions or inquiries. Our flight was delayed from Seoul to Haneda, our driver Fujiwara was very nice and patiently waited for us.
Don't Make Assumptions about Connecting with Your Driver

4.00The pick-up by driver at Tokyo Haneda worked well, but only after some uncertainty about connecting with the driver on arrival. Arriving passengers would be well-served by a "briefing" on the pick-up procedure. The key is not to expect the driver to be waiting with a sign with your name on it as you exit customs and baggage claim. Instead our driver texted us with picture of his license plate and directed us to the "Parking" exit. Thus this was much more like a Ride App pickup at a US airport.

Despite the unexpected shift to a different airport, they communicated excellently while I was mid-flight and quickly adjusted my reservation for the new date, time, and airport.
