5.00Nana and Rina were wonderful tour guides showing us a side of Tokyo I wouldn’t normally see. The tour was informative and fun. I highly recommend taking the tour in the evening when it gets dark. It adds to the experience,

5.00Mao, my guide, was wonderful. I am a naturally energetic and inquisitive person which she was able to accommodate and compliment as a guide. I was lucky to be the only person so had a private tour, she answered all my questions and was open to everything I wanted to learn. She offered to be helpful for all of the ideas and goals I had in mind for my trip, seemingly tailoring our tour towards my interests (pet dogs, food, shopping, and neighborhood gems!). She not only highlighted must see spots in Shibuya but was able to provide history and lore behind what I was experiencing. I am very grateful for her knowledge and kindness.

5.00I joined the Shibuya tour alone, and Mao made it an incredible experience. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and shared so many fascinating stories about the hidden streets, local culture, and history of the area. I learned so much and saw a side of Shibuya I never would have found on my own. Mao is truly one of the best guides I’ve ever met — knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about what she does. Highly recommended!

Whether it was the history of Hachiko, the evolution of youth fashion, or the best hidden ramen joints, Sato had a way of making everything feel personal and fascinating.
