What a lovely experience for our family. The explanation given on the customs and culture of the tea ceremony were interesting and we enjoyed practicing with our host. The tea was wonderful and the little desserts were perfect. We all enjoyed the art of making matcha.

The staff were fantastic and the tea ceremony was pretty, but it was in an office building and the environment felt thrown together. The tea masters tea table was just two end tables pushed together and the tea tables for the guest were more like office tables. It was fun getting dressed in a kimono and the people were so warm and kind.

Loved it! The staff was so welcoming, cheery, and knowledgeable. I got to dress in a kimono and learn all about the tea ceremony process and make my own match and try some famous Japanese sweets. I believe this helped me experience the culture of Japan and gave me a huge appreciation for the country and its history. I definitely recommend!
