5.00My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with their brunch cruise package and we were absolutely satisfied with their service. It is an experience that is worth keeping. My kids too love the deck view and enjoyed the music and its beat. The buffet has a lot of options and it was all delicious. We will definitely booked again in the future and try the cruise with the night view.

1.00I had to add another person to our excursion and called the lady on the phone to make the change which she did. I could barely understand a word she was saying to me, but I do know she sent me a confirmation that she changed the numbers from eight people to nine people! When we got to our excursion, they said that our boat ride in Toronto that we paid almost $1000 for all nine of us have been canceled! However, they did charge us . They said it had been switched to 23 August instead of 16 August when we were in town for our holiday! We were not in town on August 23! They refused to give us a refund on their screwup! I will never ever ever use this company again. I am advising anyone to never use them!
