You can reach Macau by 1-hour turbojet transfer from Hong Kong. Popularly known for its casinos and lavish shopping opportunities, Macau is sometimes referred to as the 'Las Vegas of Asia.' Flexible options are available for a morning ride to explore some UNESCO World Heritage sites, or an afternoon excursion to try your luck at World's top class casino, and spend your time in upscale retail shops.

For your E-ticket, there is a separate ticket with QR code that you need to receive from local tour supplier. If you have not received the QR Code image(s) offered by local tour supplier by email 48 hours before you fly to Hong Kong, please contact local tour supplier immediately. Please notice no hotel pickup or transfer between hotel and ferry terminal is included. This product is E-ticket for ferry service only.

Turbojet tickets are sold here as "Same Day Return Ticket". In fact, TurboJet departs on your choice of sailing on selected departure time and selected departure date. Please offer your preferred date and time upon reservation. Tickets will be issued within 24 hours after reservation.

The QR code for TurboJet Ticket is not the same voucher from Viator that you will present on the day of the tour. There is a separate ticket with QR code that you need to receive from local tour supplier. Please download the QR Code image(s) on your E-ticket(s) to your mobile phone, or print the E-ticket in advance.

Passenger should allow enough time for immigration and custom clearance. Proof of identity maybe required at the time of boarding. Please present the QR code to gain access at the ferry terminal 30 minutes prior to the departure time. No refund or exchange of tickets will be offered to passenger who delayed to board the vessel. No cancellation, refund or reschedule will be allowed once booking is confirmed.

Macau visa is not included. Please search "Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública" on Internet to check if you need a visa for Macau before you buy a ticket.

If you have not received an E-ticket by email from local tour supplier, please check the JUNK email box first, or use the contact number shown on your Viator Voucher 48 hours before you fly to Hong Kong. The local tour operator in Hong Kong will resend the E-ticket immediately and ask you to confirm receiving your E-ticket sucessfully.

According to ticketing policy of "TurboJET" , children aged 1 or above must travel with valid turbojet ticket.

This is a great way to get to Macau, taking only about an hour to get there. Most important thing to know is that the ferry goes from Hong Kong Island, Shun Tak Centre. Don't forget your passport!!

It was on time and clean. Checking in was quick. The evening return trip was empty. Is there any reason they don’t serve free drinks in the economy coach?

Experienced no sea sickness during the one hour long journey. All in all a very straightforward there and back. You simply buy the ticket, go through border control and jump aboard. In my opinion, it is quite an expensive journey as there is no reduction for return journeys and with two people travelling, that's double. A cheaper and faster alternative is by car, if you can get one. There are concessions for older people, you just have to ask.

The only glitch here is that I had to follow up with Viator to get the actual vouchers. We took the ferry from China Ferry Terminal in Kowloon (Tsim Tsa Tsui) which is an eight minute Uber ride from our hotel (Hotel Icon). From there, take the elevator up to the Arrival Hall where Turbojet is. We left our hotel at 8:10 am for the 9 am HK to Macau (outer terminal). Taxis are cheap in Macau and it's easy to get to the old town that way. Ask the driver to leave you off near the fortress on "top" of the old town. They take HK dollars in Macau and taxis don't take credit cards. There are ATMs dispensing HK and Macau dollars. Hint, get the HK dollars as Macau dollars fo not work in HK, but HK dollars do work in both Macau and HK. We walked up the fortress and then back down, to the remaining facade of St Paul, to Na Tcha temple and down the beautiful streets through Senado Square. We had lunch near Senado Square and then grabbed a taxi to the Venetian, walked across the street to City of Dreams before catching the great 5 pm cirque style show there (Houses of Dancing Water). We had dinner at City of Dreams and caught the 9:30 pm ferry back to Kowloon. We took an Uber and were back in our hotel by 11 pm. It's a great way to spend a day as a side trip if you are spending more than 3 days in HK. This is a good way to buy ferry tickets.

Macau is still an own l Land until 2049 Passport. Do not forget speedboat very clean 1class not necessary for 1 hour

Punctuality and quality of the installation. We wanted to leave and return earlier than the scheduled time on the ticket and this was done without difficulty.

Unfortunately the booking I did with Viator wasn't accepted at the turbojet office at the ocean ferry terminal in Hong Kong. Luckily we were on a trial run for the next morning as we would have had real problems. The lass at Turbojet(Fung) was superb in helping us. She had to deal with a very difficult chinese operator both by text & phone call. After about 20 minutes she was able to process our tickets. This outstanding worker went from behind the counter to stand alongside us & sort it out.

We had issues with our PDF ticket, the staff were very helpful to make sure we could be processed to board our turbojet ferry on time, the whole process from ticket confirmation to border processing was well organised everything flowed quite easy, the staff were very polite and always greeted us with a smile. The trips were very smooth and comfortable....highly recommend this service

I chose this ferry without hesitation because I stayed in Kowloon Island, but it was a short walk from the station to the ferry terminal. As the time has come to a close, it is possible to take a taxi from the hotel exactly I don't know, but the hotel man also told me that the ferry from Hong Kong Island was more accessible. I bought the tickets in advance, so I can't help it. I didn't have seasickness to worry about, and when I was asked at the gate how many people I had, they allocated seats next to each other.
