A professional instructor from Umah Shakti Yoga will come directly to your accommodation and guide you through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and simple poses tailored to your level. Whether you're a beginner or a regular yogi, this session is designed to awaken your body and centre your mind in a peaceful setting.
"Balinese Massage". After yoga, head to U Relax, an open-air jungle massage spot tucked inside U Fun Field, Ubud. Surrounded by nature, enjoy a traditional Balinese massage using natural oils and long, flowing techniques that melt away tension. The soft breeze, sound of birds, and scent of essential oils create a full-body sensory experience.
