5.00The museum is spread out over four floors. We were grateful for the elevator. It was not overly crowded so we were able to easily see everything we wanted to see. Our reservation time was for 11:15 but they let us in at 10:45 AM. The audio guide was good.

1.00So horrible they didn’t even show up or contact us to cancel. I am traveling with a disabled adult and we showed up to nothing, nobody. I will never pre book Viator events before travel. It’s been a disaster. Never again! Live and learn.
