1.00When we arrived at the museum and our e-tickets were scanned they showed up as being scanned before. So we had to buy a new set of tickets there. The link sent to us was a scam!

4.00The museum was excellent, but I had difficulty accessing my tickets on line because I bought them from you instead of the actual museum website. Finally gained access to the museum but had to pay for tickets again. This was a real hassle!
No QR code on printed ticket!

4.00I am giving a "5" to the activity itself, and a lower rating for the ticket delivery. The Van Gogh Museum wouldn't accept my printed ticket at first because Dreamtopia tours didn't attach the QR code. For now, I am going to recommend to others that they purchase tickets directly through the museum.
