5.00A very fun experience taking an Aqua-taxi, we loved it. They were very on time for us at the train station and took us to the Hotel... I would definitely recommend it if you arrive by train to Venice.

5.00Excellent. Our driver was there waiting for us and our plane came in a little early. He was very courteous and handled all of our luggage. We didn’t have to wait for the water taxi and both drivers put our luggage into water taxi and we were on our way. Excellent experience.

4.00Fantastic service from airport to the taxi waiting for us. Great communication with Marco. Beautiful Mercedes van. The transport to the hotel was close to our hotel with about a 5 minute walk. I give 4 stars because our actual hotel had a private dock and we could have avoided carrying our heavy roller bags for 5 minutes had the service dropped us off at the hotel. I did provide the service with my hotel name & address. Still the service was very good.

4.00Got us to where we needed to go. It was a bit confusing as the captain was a few minutes behind due to traffic in the area. They will drop you to a main hub area where a van will finish up the transfer to the airport.

1.00way too expensive compared to other options. First time there this seemed safe. Id take a cab or ride share into Venice next time and walk the rest of the way or take the water bus.
