The Do Eat Better Experience food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of Venice. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected eateries, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.
Please, note that the tour is always run in English and Italian; other languages upon request.

5.00My wife and I had a tour with Levi who was the epitome of Italian culture. Both friendly and professional she welcomed us immediately and we never had a dull moment. Throughout the tour she explained the history of Venice and food delicacies. The food and drink options were in small portions as to not fill up at any one place. Our favorite tour by far and most entertaining tour guide.

5.00My wife and I really enjoyed this tour! Nicola was an awesome tour guide. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable and is fun to talk to. We highly recommend this tour as you will get great drinks, food, gelato, as well as a great tour of the local spots in this beautiful city from the view of one of its friendly locals.

5.00We were in Venice three days and this was by far the best activity we did. Beatrice met us and had so many interesting facts about Venice, the food, the people… so engaging. We went to four places for food and drinks and finished with a fifth place for gelato. Took about 2.5 hours. Plenty of choices for food and drinks at each place and she told us the history of specialty drinks and food (like why is there cod in Italy?). So fun. Do it you won’t be sorry.
