1.00Terrible experience! The company only sent me a voucher, not the tickets. I could not enter just with the voucher. There was an attachment added to the booking confirmation which did not open and no link eas sent although they promised to send tockets both to my phone and email. When I tried to contact the tour operator, there was no reply and now Viator is telling me I can't get a refund either! I feel I have been cheated out 104€ for a double ticket to Versailles palace and garden. I will never book anything again over Viator!

1.00Tickets to garden are free, and they are charging for it here under the pretense of Palace entry. Unfortunately it is not necessary to buy this tier, so many will get ripped off like us.

1.00I never received tickets for palace. I bought more and the people at gate still said no palace. We only were able to see gardens. Never found tour guide and we were there before time to start! I communicated several times with the tour guide and received no message. When you purchased the tickets, you should be able to download the barcode with the ticket on it immediately. Several people at Versailles Palace were trying to help me, but would not let me go in until they could see the ticket barcode. So I ended up spending $100 by buying the tickets twice for the 2 o’clock and again for the 4 o’clock, including the palace. Still did not get to go into the palace.
