5.00This was an incredibly informative, beautiful, and fun tour of Cartagena! Fabio was very entertaining, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this tour to learn all about the old city!

5.00We booked an excursion to the Old Walled City with Fabio. We loved that he would pick us up at the Cruise Port. The day of our excursion rain was predicted, and did it ever rain prior to getting in Fabio’s vehicle. We were running a little late, as was another couple from our cruise ship. Fabio was patient, kind, flexible, and overall wonderful. When we were loaded up and on our way, the rain stopped. We had a perfect walking tour of the Walled City. So much great historical information was shared. Fabio asked and answered many questions we had. It was obvious, he loved his city. Our group decided Cartagena is a city in which we would like to return. It was beautiful and safe. We were very glad we chose to book our excursion through Fabio rather than the Princess cruise excursions. I highly recommend booking a tour through Fabio if ever in Cartagena.

1.00Terrible experience. They canceled our tour the night before, sent us an email, but we had no Internet connection. Disembarked to learn we had no tour. The worst service imaginable.

4.00Difficult to find meeting point. Lack of directions. Must walk through oasis zoo to get to parking lot. Allow 20 -30 min. Confusing. No advice prior about this. As a result most people got lost and were late. 8:30 meet up scheduled but 9:30 or 10:00 start. Guide Fabio was enjoyable and knowledgeable. His assistant Ival helped with language with merchants. Nine people was a good number for tour. We had full time despite late start..

5.00The tour was very informative, well delivered and full of exercise/walking. I was able to understand him very well, except in some of the noisy areas where I could hardly hear his presentation at that time. I must say he was very knowledgeable and allowed each time for questions. I would like him again as a tour guide. His English was very good and understandable. Would that being said I would do this tour again I would recommend it highly! I would also recommend bringing a container of water and depending on the time of day may be a fold up umbrella to shield you from the sun and or rain if necessary my main drawer was agreement to return me back to my pick up location as it was stated in my booking. Thank you.

5.00Cartagena is a beautiful historic city and we were so glad we arranged our tour with Fabio, who is a wonderful guide. As a local, he has in-depth knowledge of the different neighborhoods and points of interest in the city. He started the tour with an interesting overview of the historical founding and growth of the city. We wandered through the Centro Historico, where we got to see many examples of beautiful colonial architecture. We then walked through the trendy Getsemani neighborhood, and admired the murals, shops, and Umbrella Street. And just when I thought I couldn't take any more heat and humidity, he brought us to a storefront juice bar, where we had the most delicious and exotic smoothies. A great experience!

5.00We chose this tour based on previous reviews and Fabio did not disappoint! The tour was fabulous, we covered a lot of ground with Fabio and learned a lot about Cartegena. It is obvious Fabio loves where he lives! He was an amazing guide! Lots of walking so be prepared... Highly recommend!
