5.00They provided exactly what they promised. We got the skis for an hour. We got there early and they let us go early. The jet skis worked flawlessly. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The jet ski area is a fairly small bay, but you can get up to max speed for a distance. It is protected from the main harbors waves. Also when we were there, we had the bay to ourselves (two people/skis). Just a note, there is no building where you get the jet skis. The address you are going to is just a pop up tent in a parking lot. It works out fine and Uber got us exactly where we needed to go. It is just when I got there, I kept looking for some kind of building that was not there.

5.00First of all what an amazing experience ! We originally booked for Wednesday late morning and the weather was extremely sketchy/on and off raining . Our guide Luis was adamant about pushing us off until Thursday morning where he knew the weather would be exceptional and boy was he right ! He wanted our experience to be one to remember and he did not disappoint! He went out of his way to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we did just that ! I highly recommend this experience while staying out in the San Juan area as something fun and exciting to do to eat up an hour of your time ! The jet skis were fun, but Luis made it one for the books ! Thanks my friend !

1.00To my black people trying to book with this company please read this. This is the worst jetski freestyle that you’ll wanna go with. It’s not really a freestyle it’s not what you expect, you are going around in circles and around bouyes that’s in the water. You can’t record on your phone even if you have a water case around your phone and around your neck they’ll end your trip early. They ended our trip early because they said we were going outside the circle and the police was saying something about it but we weren’t going too close to the outside of the circle. The circle was small in general, we made sure not to go outside of it but they still said we went outside the circle without having someone to actually determine if we went outside the circle for sure even though we didn’t ! You can’t zig zag ,you can’t go far at all, you can’t go in circles, or do donuts. We didn’t get our full 1 hr which costed $300 in total. We asked for a refund or partial refund and they stated they weren’t able to refund us our money ! 0/10 would not recommend ! The only reason I gave it 1 star out of 5 is because it made me ! 0 out of 10 and 0 starts out of 5!

5.00Friendly staff. Diego and Francisco were awesome. Fun jetski tour with some Puerto Rico history lessons. They ended up giving us free bikes afterwards to visit old town. 10/10 recommend
