  Amazing value for money. Picked up from our hotel on time, driven to desert where we had tea and pastry. Up in the balloon for an hour then breakfast when we landed. Friendly staff and special thanks to George our pilot for a smooth landing.

  The trip was good to very well organized. A great balloon experience over the desert with views of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. You can't really describe it. Unfortunately there was a delay in our transfer and organizationally we were the last to be assigned. Starting in the dark and seeing the sunrise would of course have been desirable (1 star trigger). But a balloon ride in Kaiserwetter with a wonderful view is equally fantastic. Five stars for the crew, service and breakfast.

  It was a wonderful experience to see the sunrise & views over the desert. It was well worth getting up for and the breakfast was sufficient for us .

  Very well organised and executed! Was picked from hotel and then dropped back. The whole ride was so good with stunning views over the Atlas mountains and the sunrise. A must do. It was cold however in the morning( January ) though they light a fire to add to the experience. It best to get enough warm clothes on the trip.

  In the ad it says "enjoy a sunrise. " Activities 4h/5h and let's talk about it. Rising 5h happy to enjoy a sunrise in the air as said in the announcement, well we quickly disgusted: -Recovered at 7:30 am with 15 minutes delay. - Arrival at 8:15 am (the sun rises at 8:30 am) The hot air balloon arrives at 10am (2h waiting, take-off 10:15am. 50 minutes later we landed, fine jack crack. So maybe it's normal for the hot air balloon to go from point A to point B and then back to point A to go back and so on. Except the only message I got was the pickup time and the return time to the hotel which turned out to be the takeoff time. Results an expected activity that ended in great disappointment, probably due to a great lack of communication.

  I enjoyed the experience in the air. Would have loved to stay up there a bit longer and higher though. George was a great HAB pilot though.   It’s a great experience all around and well organized and professional. They serve a light breakfast with coffee, tea, juice and water. The staff is friendly as well. Worth the money!

  My first-ever hot air balloon experience over Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. From the very start, the door-to-door pick-up and drop-off made everything seamless and stress-free, setting the tone for a perfectly organized adventure. The flight itself was pure magic. With incredibly clear visibility, we floated peacefully above the landscape as the sun rose, casting warm golden hues over the desert and the majestic Atlas Mountains in the distance. Watching the sunrise against that dramatic backdrop was truly mesmerizing—one of those rare moments that stays with you long after it’s over. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and reassuring, which made the entire experience feel safe and enjoyable, especially for a first-timer. After landing, we were treated to a delicious breakfast that was both generous and satisfying, a perfect way to cap off the morning. The experience was made even more special with stunning drone shots that beautifully captured the scale and serenity of the flight—memories I’ll treasure forever. Overall, this was a flawless and magical introduction to hot air ballooning. If you’re in Marrakech, this is an absolute must-do experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. 🎈🌄✨

  Easy and good communication from Georg. On time pick up. Friendly staff. A very misty/cloudy day when we went, which was a bit scary going up and coming down, I think this would have been cancelled if we were in the UK, due to the lack of visibility, but the views above the clouds was amazing once we were up. Breakfast back at the base was simple, plentiful and warm. Overall great experience.

  

  

• Not a sunrise flight

  Please be aware this is not a sunrise balloon flight, it is a mid morning flight. Everybody on the tour through it was a sunrise tour, and were disappointed. But the flight was nice once we got going.
