Not to be missed sunrise experience. Everything about the trip was perfect from the pickup to drop off . All the staff were great and felt very safe in the hands of Tom, our pilot

Our experience was rather disappointing in the sense that we booked for a sunrise flight when we actually flew with a sun already raised for almost 1 hour. We were picked up late already at the meeting point and the driver had to turn around to pick up people he had forgotten. So we arrived on the spot when the balloons were already all in the sky at sunrise. We then had a very brief breakfast waiting for the decent ball that was already coming down for our turn. Once in the sky the view was very beautiful on the mountains and the landscape but certainly not at sunrise. The organizer should make 2 slots which would avoid any surprises and confusion. The price/quality ratio is far too expensive unless the flight actually takes place at the desired time.

This was a surprise gift to my partner for his birthday so it had to be special. I booked the early slot to ensure that we had a sunrise ride and what a sunrise we got - it was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast afterwards was very generous and tasty. Overall a very memorable experience. The only downsides were that there was a bit of waiting around when you got to the site and also our transfer arrived 15 minutes before the specified time so we were rushing around to get ready so the van didn’t leave without us

This was a great experience. There was 12 passengers plus staff with our balloon. Liftoff, flight and landing were smooth and trouble free. All procedures were well explained and clear. Great experience.

The distance from my hotel to the place was not far away and we really enjoyed the presentation and preparation of the Hot Air Ballon
