  The whole experience was truly amazing from start to finish. We flew with around 12 people. Very nice staff and captain Noor was amazing. The experience was so relaxing with nice music. Breakfast was great! 10/10 recommend. It was very cold so put on an extra pair of socks!

  Elena our pilot and kaoutar our designated driver which they did give us amazing experience for our hot air ballon. I definitely recommend to try it.

  Very well priced considering you get the best experience ever. Little snack and tea before you head off around a fire and warm spaces in a tent. Our pilot Noor was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and professional. Her playlist was perfect for floating in the sky. We were in the air for around 1 hour plus but it felt like forever. Even in you are afraid of heights like I am. I would recommend it. Once in a lifetime experience.

  Be aware that they will change your departure time for their convenience... you will sit in the dark and cold for an hour. The baloon ride itself was great... just realize you will be "herded."

  Wow outstanding!! My first time in a Hot air ballon and I would 100% go again. I didn't want to come down, the peace you feel up there is amazing. Smooth and you didn't even feel lile you were off the ground. It was a privilege to have Lina as our captain, the whole experience was well planned and brilliant. If you go for the Sunrise trip check the temperature and make sure you dress in layers, it does get warmer when you are up in the air with the sun out but its only slight.

  Wrap up warm if you go in winter... We went in January...great experience and lovely sunny days but at sun rise it is very cold whilst having breakfast which is great may I add .

  Brilliant the communication from Walid was excellent and we had our original date cancelled due to the weather no issues in rebooking. We had our flight today and was throughly enjoyable. Our balloon flight was great and the lady captain brilliant. The early start was well worth it. The breakfast after was excellent. Only downside lots of rushing to standstill and it was 2oC while stood waiting. But that’s not an issue

  

  

  

  

  

• Beautiful setting, long waits, terrible comms

  Pick up was 5.20am from hotel, approx an hour drive, balloon ride started just before 8am. It was an unnecessary long wait in the freezing cold, everyone very tired. No guide. Driver just took us to the breakfast (opened the door without saying a word), then onto where the flight started (once there, he just left us in the van without saying a word, in the cold and dark, until we saw the balloons starting to come up and got out to look for ours). The flight itself was an amazing experience (approx 40 mins) and pilot Mohammed great. Views were breathtaking. The baskets are definitely not ‘spacious’, just standard size like any other hot air balloon ride. If bringing a bag, it gets dirty on the floor. Breakfast afterwards was lovely, although again lack of info. We could see other groups being shown how to eat the pancakes with honey etc, none of that for us. The seats and floor are understandably dirty (due to dessert conditions, and not being able to wash the rugs). The breakfast area is shoe free. Unfortunately that meant white socks ended up in the bin afterwards and a pair of light colour trousers were ruined due oil on the seat leaving discoloured blotches on the backside. No flight certificates were given (we forgot to ask for them, no reply to my messages to the company afterwards). In one point the driver just waved at us to come back to the van and took us back. We picked this experience and paid the extra due to the promises in the listing and the reviews, hence feeling somewhat let down and frustrated during the experience. It could have been great, with better communication and actually receiving the certificates.

  The only saving grace of this experience was Captain Yannis. Not great assistance or logistics - Split our group of 4 into 3 different balloons even after confirming multiple times we were together in the same balloon (and then blatantly ignored when trying to address the problem - a simple "sorry" or acknowledgement would have at least been expected - so clearly once they have your money they don't care) and each had completely different experiences. We were the last ones to take off yet the first ones to land while the others enjoyed a longer flight. The others got their flight certificates from their pilot, we had to go around trying to find someone with information and finally got a certificate. There isn't great communication on where to go or what is happening and it felt like being herded from pillar to post.
