  No one was at booth at the time of the jet ski appointment, called and they said they left for the day, re scheduled for the following day, they didn’t now show up again and offered me refund which they never gave me back !

  It was a great experience! I was running late and missed my reservation but the next day when I went to Kenny he was nice enough to let me do my jet ski reservation.

  Great experience with the guides, we got the pictures and video sent to us with great quality 4K. We had a reservation and when we got there we still had to wait but it wasn’t too long, i Would recommend

  Nobody was here when we arrived. We didn’t get to do this activity, we went with another business. Our reservation was at 10:30 we waited until 11 am. The phone number provided didnt work & when i sent an email nobody responded.

  This was great I loved it and the tour guy was wellll 🥵😭 but any way tell ppl they gotta pay like 13-20 for parking

  Excellent! Super friendly! We walked up and were told we could ride at 3:30. We came back and were promptly told to walk to the loading spot about a 3 minute walk. Yes, like other reviews have said you do have to walk out to knee deep water and hop on. That’s actually much easier than having them come ashore and then having a ride the crashing waves out. So I appreciated it. We were given safety instructions by our guide Christopher and off we went. Definitely recommend.

  I do not know how the service was because I never got to experience it. We were rescheduled first time, refunded next one because of the winds. The time we got rescheduled there was people jet skiing so I’m not sure why they rescheduled us. But second time I seen how the waves were and felt the wind. But they were quick to find solutions

  I booked and paid for Jet Ski Ride to Kenny Jet Ski Rental Isla Verde via Viator for 3:30 pm local time. I took Uber to get there and to my surprise there was nobody present at the pick up spot. I learnt from nearby businesses that Kenny Jet Ski did not operate that day even though that jet ski ride was showing available on both Viator and TripAdvisor. I called them and asked for the refund for both planned jet ski and for Uber that I had to pay to get there and return home. They only refunded my for the jet ski ride but not for Uber.

  Chris was amazing.. I highly recommend biking with them. Chris was very knowledgeable and he did everything I asked..
