1.00I went on my first vacation out the states and trip to be smart and book ahead. My flight got cancelled last minute and I ended up having to buy a flight for the next morning. Long story short because of the cancellation I couldn’t make it to the original time of the excursion. Tried to reschedule they told me no??? As well as they gladly took my $250 and said that all they could do was a voucher for half off of ONE person IF i go back in the next year (which I will not be doing) An absolute joke. Never booking w them again, been telling people to stay away from this app and the excursion company. Don’t book unless you’re ready to lose almost $300 :)

5.00Super calm and relaxing trip. We were the only ones so we had the boat to ourselves. Staff were very friendly! Rum punch was a nice treat.
