Your desert adventure begins early in the morning as you depart Marrakech in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle with your group. The journey takes you across the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains, winding through scenic landscapes and traditional Berber villages.

Ait Ben Haddou

You’ll stop at the iconic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters), the highest road pass in Morocco, offering incredible photo opportunities and panoramic views. Next, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, a spectacular ancient ksar that has served as a backdrop for numerous films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

After breakfast, continue your journey through the Dades Valley, stopping to admire the striking rock formations and lush landscapes. Next, head to the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering canyon walls rise up to 300 meters—perfect for a short walk and photos.

After lunch in the area, the route continues through desert towns like Tinjdad and Erfoud, known for fossil workshops and local markets. By late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, where your desert adventure begins. Swap your vehicle for a camel ride into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, with a stop to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. Reach your luxury desert camp, where you’ll be welcomed with mint tea and settle into your private tent with en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under , followed by Berber music and drumming around the campfire.

    Wonderful experience! I was in the luxury camp with my friend for 2 nights, I think that the 4 days experience is the best option since it gives you the chance to have more relax, see typical Berber villages and discover the desert in addition to the classic camel tour (that remains rally funny!). I've really enjoyed the camp, the vibes, the so-good typical food and Berber music in the evening, special mention to the kind Esmail who has driven us in the jeep among the desert dunes ❤️

    I had this experience with camels and it was a beautiful experience and or wanted to try with quads, and I must say that it was beautiful the field with tents very clean and the staff was very attentive to ours of course,

    Wonderful experience! The tented camp offers all the comforts. Clean tents, delicious food and the guys who always run it nice and sociable. We did the camel and quad bike tour and the fourth day (the one more than the three-day tour) saw us in the company of Esmail to discover the beautiful region of Merzouga. A gift to be given at least once in a lifetime, remains in the heart!

    Getting to the camp in the dunes and a thing magica.il silence interrupted by the buzzing quad.il driving through the dunes that change shape is a terrific experience the overnight stay in a traditional tented camp where the staff was welcoming and helpful advice to all this experience

    I was delighted to have chosen to go on this journey with my friends after graduation. We met fantastic people also very close at hand that made you feel almost at home, these days we relied on them and visiting the village Khamlia and their people are increasingly convinced that the world is fantastic in all its forms.     I took my family to visit Morocco, we evaluated various stops and things to do and believe me this was the best experience of my life. Very attentive and prepared guide, we stayed in two tents that were equipped with every comfort. Eat pretty cute and the people are very friendly and nice!

    such an amazing experience 💕 me and my friend done this excursion and got to see loads of cool places on the way to the desert,, the desert was the best part so beautiful and went stargazing in the sand with 1 of the workers who was so kind to bring us out ❤️
