  We spent 5 days with Maleesh and it was absolutely wonderful. As a group of 6 friends, we had so much fun. Especially after the cyclone, we were hesitant about coming to the country, but Maleesh did everything he could despite the closed roads and turned it into an amazing adventure.   We had an amazing experience in Sri Lanka. And this was thanks to our driver Maleesh. On every stop we did, he advised us on what to do. Next to that he fixed things like massage, whale watching,… This is very handy, as there is a language barrier between locals and tourists. During the trip we also got to know local habits, got water, king coconut. And on top, Maleesh is very flexible and kind. Without hesitation I would advise this tour to everyone.

  Travelled for 15 days on our honeymoon with Maleesh as our driver. Had a really great time. First day we were picked up from the airport, got an eSIM and went to Negombo. In Negombo we visited a Christian Church and the beach. Then we travelled to Anuradhapura and Maleesh bought a King Coconut, a local fruit. The next 2 days we stayed in Anuradhapura. Maleesh showed us the beautiful temples around the city. It was really helpful with the traditions and the language to have him as our personal driver. Anuradhapura ancient city is worth seeing. The next 2 days we stayed in Sigiriya. Here we visited the Pidurangala Rock at sunrise with Maleesh too. Beautiful sunrise. In this area we also visited the Lion Rock and Polonnaruwa city. In this city it came in very handy as a lot of the buildings are very far apart. Maleesh could easily drive us to all the remote places. He even got us an umbrella when it started raining. Maleesh booked a village tour, trip around the lake, a cooking class and recommended an ayurvedic spa. The next 2 days we went to Kandy. In Kandy Maleesh advised to see the sacred tooth religion temple, the botanical garden, brought us to local shops and reserved seats for the Kandy dance. The next day we visited Nawura Eliya. Maleesh brought us to a good tea factory - Labookellie - where you have a nice view, good explanation of the tea and where you can also taste it. We stayed in Ella and went to the 9 arches bridge. Maleesh helped us to be careful around the leeches in this area. The next 2 days we stayed near Yala. Maleesh showed us a Hindu temple and fixed the safari in Yala national park. Great experience and skilled safari driver. After Yale, we stayed 3 nights in Ahangama. Maleesh booked us a good surf school, a whale watching and some snorkling. It was my husband's birthday and we got a very delicious chocolate cake, met his very lovely family, the car was dressed as a honeymoon car, even bought a present and we went out together for dinner. The perfect birthday!!! The last 2 days we stayed in Galle. Perfect honeymoon and a very good driver. Helps to plan out the day, gives advice and is very friendly! Would highly recommend!

  I would like to say a big thank you to Maleesh and Diyoni Tours for this tour! The journey started in the south of Sri Lanka, where Maleesh showed us the main attractions and the best beaches. Then we traveled to the center of the island, stopping at the most beautiful places. Maleesh is a careful driver and an excellent conversationalist. After exploring the center of the island, we headed to Sigiriya, and then to the southeastern coast—to Trincomalee. The entire route was divided into convenient stops with POVs and good hotels for overnight stays. Sri Lanka left us with incredible impressions!
