Acropolis is an archaeological wonder, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the most instantly recognizable landmarks of Athens. Skip the long lines and see the ancient Greek temple of Parthenon which is dedicated to Athena, the goddess of war as well as Propylae, the temple of Athena Nike, Erecheion and Herodes Atticus from the top.

Since the monument operates under time slots, there is no guarantee that the ticket office will have free tickets available for your preferred time slot.
Entrance is permitted only at the selected time slot or 15 minutes before or after
The elevator is strictly available to disabled visitors only; we strongly recommend that customers call the numbers at least one day before their arrival to make sure that they will be able to make use of the elevator and ask any questions they need.
People with disabilities receive free admission upon providing their Disability Certificate at the ticket booth

2.00there were no landmarks or numbers at acropolis locations matching each segment of audio tour. that was frustrating although the tour has pictures of each segment. that was my major gripe.

4.00Definitely not described as “moderate” walking. Lots of steps or steep hills. The weather was beautiful and the site amazing. But be prepared to climb a lot of steps.

1.00The Acropolis is fantastic and a wonderful experience but I can’t recommend this tour agent. Poor communication and we did not receive information about the audio guide until after the tour had ended! We were overcharged for the experience. Will not book through this agent again. Beware!

5.00We are so happy to have booked this tour. Skipping the line easily saved us up to an hour. Just go straight to the entry line on the left. A once in a lifetime experience. We totally recommend getting the earliest tour that you can to avoid both the heat and the larger crowds which arrive around midday. Don’t forget to take water and sunscreen.

3.00The crowd was massive and moved very slowly in most places. It was impossible to get good photos. And a little dangerous on the slippery marble when it was so crowded

5.00Walked right up and in at scheduled time. This saved us time and made for a flawless experience. Bring water and wear sunscreen and good walking shoes. The experience is not to be missed!

5.00This is how we got our tickets to avoid the lines. If you do not want or need a guide (we prefer to walk around on our own). This is the way to go. In July it is VERY hot and sunny. Bring a hat, sunscreen, sun glasses and a bottle of water. And, do NOT miss the Temple of Hephaestus on the way down/out. We almost did.
